About Us
Solutions Property Management is an independent, specialised Property Management business. We service the Moreton Bay Region (comprising the Caboolture, Pine Rivers and Redcliffe districts), as well as the northern Brisbane suburbs.
History
The company was established by Brisbane couple Laura Valenti and David Clair, who have owned and managed three franchised Real Estate offices since 2002.
In 2006, they moved their business interests to the growing Moreton Bay Region, bringing with them the high service standards that inner city property owners have come to expect.
After working under the constraints of a Real Estate Franchise model, David and Laura decided that they could provide a more personal level of service by becoming an independent business - thus Solutions Property Management was born.
Philosophy
Solutions Property Management offers property owners a refreshing alternative to the typical Real Estate Agency. These agencies are in the business of Real Estate sales - that is, they are experts in marketing and negotiating the sale of properties. Typically, they set up a Property Management department as a side-line business to have a ready source of properties for when the owners decide to sell them again.
This is where Solutions Property Management is different - we are NOT a Real Estate Agency. We don't want to SELL your property. Our job is to MANAGE your property so that it provides a good source of income and maintains capital growth without the hassles often associated with owning a rental property.
These days, managing properties has become a highly specialised task - especially as the Queensland Residential Tenancy laws constantly change and complicate the relationship between tenants and Lessors.
The rental market is also changing. Many tenants are renting by choice and not necessity - they have careers which relocate them, or they choose to invest their money in other ways besides property. They are becoming more aware of their rights and, like all customers, they expect value for their rental dollar. We treat our tenants with equity and respect, and in return our tenants give us their loyalty and take care of their properties.
Our goal is to provide a level of service to our Clients which is above and beyond their expectations. We strive to build their trust by following through with our promises and always working with their best interests in mind. We are also aware that Lessors need to be kept informed of all matters concerning their properties. To this end, our Clients enjoy constant and open communication - not only with their Property Managers, but also with Laura (the principal) who is always just a phone call away.
We are here for the long haul - and are building relationships with our Clients that will go on for many years to come.
Location
Our office is located in the business centre of Burpengary, a major business centre in the north of the Greater Brisbane district. The office boasts good street exposure and easy access for tenants. |
