How to Apply for a Rental Property
Our application process begins with your viewing the property. If you are unable to do this, we suggest that you ask someone to view it for you. If neither is possible, we do accept applications site unseen - but please be aware that if you are accepted for the property, it will not be subject to viewing the property.
Once you establish that you would like to apply, please fill out our Tenancy Application Form. You can obtain this from our staff on inspection of the property, or you can download it from here (click below).
Application forms can be faxed, posted, or scanned & emailed to us. Every adult over 18 years of age must fill out a separate application form.
To assist with processing, please ensure that all is filled out correctly, your ID is attached, and the last page is signed and dated. Incomplete application forms will not be processed.

"Connect Now" - Utility Connection Service
To assist you with moving house, you can have your utilities (electricity, gas & phone) disconnected and reconnected for you, all with one phone call - and the service is free!
Simply print and fill out the following form and hand it in to us with your Tenancy Application Form. If you are approved for the property, we will action the form immediately. You will then be contacted by "Connect Now" staff who will organise it all for you. So easy!
