How to Apply for a Rental Property
Our application process begins with your viewing the property. If you are unable to do this, we will accept your application for processing - but please be aware that if you are accepted for the property, it will NOT be subject to viewing the property. You must also sign and return the following form with your Application Form:

Once you establish that you would like to apply, please fill out our Tenancy Application Form. You can obtain this from our staff on inspection of the property, or you can download it from here (click below).
Application forms can be faxed, posted, or scanned & emailed to us. Every adult over 18 years of age must fill out a separate application form.
To assist with processing, please ensure that all is filled out correctly, your ID is attached, and the last page is signed and dated. Incomplete application forms will not be processed.
