Maintenance Request Form
All non urgent maintenance must be request in writing by using the following "Maintenance Request Form".

Tenant Request Form
If you would like to make a request to the Owner of the property you are renting (for example: approval for a pet, request for Pay TV, etc), this must be made in writing by using the following form:

Form 13 - Notice of Intention to Leave
If you would like to leave at the end of your lease agreement it must be in writing by using the following "Form 13 Notice of Intention to Leave".

Water Usage Charges
The following information on Water Rates is provided by the Moreton Bay Regional Council and Brisbane City Council. If you are responsible to pay for water at the property you are renting, we will calculate as per these charges and send you an invoice.

Emergency Repairs



The only form of maintenance that will be dealt with over the phone is an "emergency", as qualified under the Residential Tenancies Act.
Please call our office and the matter will be dealt with immediately.
