Smoke Alarm Forms
Current Queensland Legislation dictates that all rental properties must have the correct number of working smoke alarms, in the correct locations, and these must be professionally inspected between tenant leases.
Our nominated electrician, Mr A Electrics, offers a good service at a very reasonable cost to all our Landlords. Please see attached information sheet for a full explanation and costing.

All of our landlords must fill out and sign the Smoke Alarm Authority (click on below). If you decide to attend to the smoke alarms yourself, or would like to send your own electrician, you still need to fill out the form and choose the opt-out option.

Council and Water Rates
As your agent, we can pay your Council and Water Rates bills for you out of your rental income. Simply fill out and sign the attached form and send it back to our office. We will take care of it all from there.

Landlord Insurance Opt-out Form
We have a duty of care to all our landlords to advise that Landlord Protection Insurance is available, and highly advise that you take out such a policy. Should you decide not to take out this type of insurance, we require that you fill out the Opt-out form below and forward to us for our records.
