If you have changed any of your contact details including bank account, you will need to fill in and sign this form and return to the office.
Please note for security reasons ALL Owners of the property will need to sign.
We can pay your Council and Water Rates bills for you out of your rental income. Simply fill out and sign this form and send it back to our office. We will take care of it all from there.
Should you decide not to take out Landlord Protection Insurance, you must sign our OPT-OUT form and forward to us for our records.
If you choose to personally take on the responsibility of safety compliance at your investment property, you must sign our OPT-OUT form and forward to us for our records.
Please note that we do not take on properties that do not meet compliance standards.
