Meet The Team
Laura Valenti - Managing Director
My task is to provide you with a professional, experienced team focused on excellence in service.
From 2002, I owned and managed a successful franchised Property Management business in the competitive inner northern suburbs of Brisbane. When we moved our business interests to the Moreton Bay Region, I was surprised (and often apalled) at the low level of service that was being offered by most local agents. I immediately set about creating a systemised and professional Property Management service that most Landlords in this area had not yet experienced. My strong perfectionist streak means that I am constantly updating procedures, to provide a constantly improving service.
My background is actually in the service industry, which taught me the fundamentals of striving for service "above and beyond" the clients' expectations. It is this service standard which I impart to my team on a daily basis, as I maintain a hands-on approach and constantly monitor quality control.
I am very proud of my Team. I have purposefully selected mature and level-headed individuals who have the experience and common sense to be able to deal with any situation confronting them.
Norma Fleming - Senior Property Manager
Norma is responsible for the day to day management of your property. Norma has worked in the industry for the past 10 years and has built a strong reputation among property owners as a hard-working, ethical and trustworthy Property Manager.
Having previously owned her own investment property, Norma understands that "Communication" with the landlord and the tenant is a vital component when it comes to managing your investment portfolio. Her calm, professional but down to earth approach to property management is the key to her success in this industry.
Carla Banks - Leasing Consultant
Carla's main task is to promote and show your property to prospective tenants. Her objective is to find the best possible tenant for your property at the best possible price with the least amount of vacancy time.
Carla is perfect for this job because she describes herself as a "People Person" and thrives on the thrill of matching the perfect tenant for your property. Carla has worked in Property Management since 1990, and uses her life experience to get a 'feel' for tenants whom she takes through your property. Having owned her own properties in the past, Carla is currently a tenant herself and therefore possesses a unique perspective from both sides. Tenants respond to her extremely well because she treats them with respect. As a result, we attract the best tenants who stay with us long term and treat your property well.
Carla's work days are Tuesdays to Saturdays, which means that she is available to show prospective tenants through properties on Saturdays.
Jennifer Oehl - Office Administrator
When you call our office, you will most likely be greeted by Jennifer, whose role is reception and administrative support.
Jennifer possesses strong administrative and customer service skills. Her experience in all areas of property management makes her a qualified first point of contact for our clients.
